Swaraj is a multi-dimensional concept. It not only relates to political freedom, but also means autonomy and harmony in all spheres of life-political, economic, social, cultural, spiritual and moral. ABOUT THE AUTHOR Amulya Ranjan Mohapatra
Amulya Ranjan Mohapatra became Reader in Philosophy in DAV College, Koraput (Orissa) and thereafter vice-principal in BJB (M) College, Bhubaneswar, DAV College, Koraput and also Principal in DAV Junior College, Koraput. He was awarded UGC Teacher Fellowship and various research projects by the VGC; ICSSR; ASRC; and completed these research works successfully. Dr. Mohapatra has written a number of books in English and Oriya and published a number of research papers in different journals. He has earned reputation as a writer, editor, lyricist, orator, social worker and became a recipient of many certificates, medals and honorary titles. He is associated with various cultural, educational and spiritual organizations.
