Socialisation is a life-long process and without entering the formal and informal education system, it would be incomplete. Education transmits our cultural heritage and social values from one generation to another and also shape our future vision and perception of life. Teaching is a very responsible job, because it directly involves shaping the mind-set and thinking of the students, which in turn, affect family and society.
