ABOUT THE AUTHOR T.T. Srinath
T.T. Srinath is an entrepreneur at the helm of affairs of a family based business in South India but his own interest in human behavior has led him to be a qualified behavioral trainer. A postgraduate degree in Organizational Behavior, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur and his particular passion for theater has helped him to use drama techniques to build, reshape, define personality and integrate the self. He has trained with senior trainers at the British Psychodrama Association, The Northern School of Psychodrama in Manchester and holds a certificate in Play Back Theater from Action Methods in England. He is a master business coach accredited by Dr. Skiffington of Australia who is a well-known International business coach. Srinath has held several training workshops in different organizations like HLL., Hyundai Motors, Cognizant Technology and many others, at various levels. His basic aim is to facilitate self-awareness, build interpersonal relationships and develop teams. His training workshops also aim at creating sensitivity to diversity and gender realities. He does all this with the use of theater techniques, experiential learning, adult learning principles and Gestalt and Client centered approach.
