Padmavati B., a graduate in fashion designing from Indian Institute of Fashion Technology (IIFT), New Delhi, is a Mumbai-based fashion designer. She has been designing garments and innovating new techniques in drafting and pattern making in fashion designing. She has been teaching as visiting faculty in various institutes of fashion designing for the last ten years. Her other book entitled Techniques of Drafting and Pattern Making has received and overwhelming response from the readers.
