ABOUT THE AUTHOR S.C. Bhatt

Veteran and journalist, S.C. Bhatt has been whatching and writing about the problems which often appear as intractable but are finally resolved. He has headed a number of media organisation in the course of his career, from the News Services Divisionof AIR to the DAVP, and from the Publicatiosn Divison to the Rand R Division.
