Dr. S.B. Gupta did his M.A. from Meerut University and did his Ph.D. from Ambedkar University, Agra. He taught for some times in the Government Schools of Delhi and later he went to Nigeria on an Exchange Programme. He is now teaching as Head of the Department in the College in U.P.
