Why is it that before the clouds of Great War had vanished from the sky new clouds are rising over the horizon? This book is intended to supply some materials to answer the aforesaid questions by throwing upon them the light of history which has moulded the minds of men showing us how the world of International Policies has come to be what it is. This book can be beneficial the students of politics, politicians and the general readers.
