The Galaxy of Administrative Thinkers

With the rapid expansion of Public Administration as an academic discipline, the need for literature on administrative theory has been increasing. This galaxy of administrative scholars represents the most important schools of administration, including the structural bureaucratic, human relations, decisional and ecological schools. The major ideas of the eminent thinkers have been examined in the context of their total administrative philosophy. Besides, a comparative analysis of the ideas of different scholars has also been attempted at appropriate places.
