ABOUT THE AUTHOR K. Ramachandran Nair

Dr. K. Ramachandran Nair, teacher and researcher in Economics, has a number of publications to his credit including Industrial Relations in Kerala (Sterling, 1974.) He served as Member, State Pay Revision Committee (1997-98), and Chairman, Minimum Wages Advisory Board. Currently he is the Chairman, Institute for Monitoring Economic Growth (IMEG) based in Thiruvananthapuram.
