TQM is an organizational obsession, an altered mindset and a new management philosophy. It is being increasingly embraced by wide-variety of private, public, cooperative and educational organization in India to continuously improve whether the enterprise intends to provide to its esteemed customers. The book is a modest attempt to highlight some aspect of Total Quality Management.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR D.D. Arora
D.D. Arora, the author obtained the Master and Doctorate degrees in Commerce and Management respectively from Kurushetra University, Kurushetra. He has been teaching courses in Management at Kurushetra University for the last 23 years. Presently, he is a Reader in Management. He has published two book titled, ‘Management Control’ and ‘Business Journalism’ a half a dozen research papers.
