ABOUT THE AUTHOR Devinder Kaur
Dr. Devinder Kaur is presently the University Librarian at Punjabi University, Patiala. Prior to this she was the University Librarian of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. She has been a practising librarian for over 30 years now. Academic librarianship is her field of specialisation and her research work in the area of university librarianship is quiet significant.
