Prof. Asis Dasgupta is Former Vice-President of the Bangiya Arthaniti Parishad and Former Managing Editor, Arthabeeksha. He was Professor of Economics, Presidency College, Kolkata and was Visiting Professor of Economics, Burdwan and Rabindra Bharati Universities.
