Wife!: The Key to Success

The book–Wife! The Key to Success’ –focuses on the contributions of executives’ wives to the husbands career advancement. The chapters of this book, permeated with theoretical and practical information, are spread into six sections. The first section carries the reader to the vast milieus of gender inequality. The role of the executive, his wife and the distinctive personas of her were elaborated in the second and third sections. The fourth–the empirical approach that runs into four segments serves as a comprehensive framework on the subject. As it dwells on various themes explicitly related to the topic, the reader is gently led to savour the sweetness of the various facets of executive lifestyle. The empirical study also attempts into a comparison between the contributions of the wives of the executives of the 20th and 21st centuries. The success stories of few executives depicted in the fifth section are indeed non-fictitious and thought-provoking. By supplementing the quantitative with the qualitative data, the author has made the document a substantial one enriched with information on real life situations of the executives and their wives.
