This study analyses the Human Rights with respect to women in India. It analyses the nature and kind of violations of basic rights and freedoms which Indian woman is subjected to, despite the constitutional provisions and guarantees. It also looks into factors responsible for the violation of Human Rights in case of Indian women and the possible remedies.
