A women is supposed to be the best creation of God. This not because of her beauty, but the responsibility that she bears like a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, etc. Though the body structure of a Woman is complex than man, but her duties play an important role. In this book, I, alongwith my elder sister and renowned doctor of Bulandshahr, Dr. Rekha Sharma, have elaborated some common problems of females like menstrual problems, leucorrhoea, anaemia, besides a detailed summary on pregnancy and care during pregnancy. There are seperate chapters on diet during pregnancy and breast- feeding too.
