ABOUT THE AUTHOR Sharanjit Singh Dhilon

Dr. Sharanjit Singh Dhillon (born 1957, Punjab), has done B.Sc. (Hons. School), MSc. (Hons. School), M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Economics from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. He is at present, Lecturer, Punjab School of Economics, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. He has about 11 years of teaching and research experience. He has published many research papers in edited books and journals of repute and has also contributed many popular articles in daily newspapers on the Punjab Economy. He is teaching Macroeconomics, Economics of Development, Quantitative Techniques for Economists and Operations Research to graduate and post-graduate students.
