World Politics, as we see it now, has had a chequered history-of continuous strifes, devastating wars, consequent peace treaties, industrialisation and economic development, trade and commerce and of affluence and pauperism. It is a result of emergence, growth, development and polarisation. At one time somewhat stabilized and disturbed and disputed soon thereafter. Nationalism, ethnic, racial, communal and cultural sense of domination, etc. have played key role in deciding the course of world politics. Definitely, this endeavour will benefit one and the all concerned.
