Chandra shekhar has obtained his master degree in commerce from university of Delhi. He is also associated with the Research team of World Trade Organization( WTO). He delivered lectures in conferences and seminars conducted by WTO. He has got more than 25 research papers published in journal of India as well as abroad and completed more than four research projects. His research development programmes for executives in business and government institutions are widely acclaimed.
