WTO: Prospects for International Trade

This book is a result of constant perspiration of a lot of people who joined hands together to bring this volume at an opportune time like this when the whole world is looking at WTO with a lot of curiosity as to the repercussions of the WTO on the International Trade. It is more opportune because the issues like TRIPs geographical indications patent laws and the so on and so forth issues have catched up the fancy of the academicians administrators and policy makers alike. The peers whose names appear in this volume have inspired me through and through to carry out the momentous task of editing work by providing me constant support and discerning and thought provoking comments and feedback.
