ABOUT THE AUTHOR Vicky Arora
The Author Dr. Vicky Arora is practicing Homoeopathy and Yoga for the past 10 years. She has written this small manual with the blessing of her parents and inspired by her visually challenged students. She is postgraduate in Philosophy, education and completed her M.Ed., in Special education. She also obtained Diploma in Holistic health, Yoga, Ayurveda and alternative system from Dev sanskriti Vishwa Vidualaya, Shanti Kunj Haridwar. This educational background supported her to explore the psychology of visually challenged and to work in that field. The Author tours to several places to study various problems of visually and physically challenged subjects. She has organized several training camps on Yoga and herbal Medicines throughout India. She is at present doing extensive research on efficacy of Yoga as explained in Patanjali Yoga and Literature published by various institutions on yoga science. The Author that claims the normal layman cannot afford the good health by costly and rigorous medical treatment but they can do yoga asana. There is a need to create the awareness among the general people about the strength of the people with disability.
