Today, India is a young nation with 605 million people below the age of 25 which means that for the coming 40 years India will have a youthful, dynamic and productive workforce when the rest of the world, including USA, Japan, and China would be aging. By 2020, India will have 116 million workers in age bracket of 20 to 24 years, as compared to China’s 94 million. The next four decades will mark development in the country by using full potential of the youth in India.
