Dairy Plant Management

This book has been planned primarily for college students majoring in dairy technology and for those in industry who may wish to prepare themselves for advancement in the field of dairy plant management. Major emphasis has been placed upon labor relations, business management, business law, and plant efficiency. It is hoped that the reader will gain enough knowledge to give him a general idea of the problems involved in operating  a dairy plant and sufficient leads to enable him to develop satisfactory solutions for the various problems with which he may be confronted.
