Pulugurta Chandra Sekhar has Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India. He has two and half decades of experience in Doordarshan and All India Radio. Presently serving as Secretary to Director-General (News), News Services Division, All India Radio New Delhi. His areas of interest are Broadcasting, Community Radio, Development Communication and New Media.
