ABOUT THE AUTHOR Rajkumar Singh

Dr. Rajkumar Singh is Librarian at College of Horticulture and Forestry, Central Agricultural University, Pasighat – East Siang Arunachal Pradesh, Dr. Singh obtained his M.Lib. and Inf. Science, M.A. (Psychology), Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi – 221005, Uttar Pradesh. Dr. Singh established a new library at the College of Horticulture and Forestry, Pasighat. He has to his credit a number of research papers in journals of repute. He has actively participated in a number of national seminar/symposium/conferences. Dr. Singh has experience in research and teaching of P.G. courses in library and information services and also guided many students for their M.Phil degree. Besides this, his radio talks have been broadcasted from All India Radio.
