Rajputs were a warrior race. History of Rajasthan is romantic. Attempt here is made to trace their military system. Our objective in doing this exercise is to see how far and in what way the study of their military system can provide lessons in our modern system of warfare. The work is likely to be useful for students, teachers, policy makers and of course general readers who are interested to know more about this heroic race.
