Raghu Palat is one India's leading writers on banking, finance and investment. He has authored eighteen extremely well-received books. Mr. Palat is, by professions, a banking consultant. He has been instrumental in the restructuring of banks and developing and abroad. He has earlier held very senior-level executive positions with multinational banks in India and abroad. He is also a Director in Cheque Mate Infotech Private Ltd., a company that manages a finance portal called ww.bankingrules.com. He conducts workshops on Effective Business Writing. Business Etiquette, Effective Presentation Skills, Banking and Finance. Mr. Palat is an acknowledged authority on banking, investment and finance. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India.
