Journey of 21 years from being a Management trainee to Managing Director and Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ORGANIC INDIA has been full of learning’s, Overcoming obstacles and fun.Passing out as Gold Medalist from LIT Nagpur in Chemical Technology, Krishan started his career in India with Colgate-Palmolive in May’88 and has worked in companies like Gillette, Godrej, Benckiser in India as well as handling critical assignments in Europe and USA. He worked as project manager for a multi national company in Brussels from 1999 to 2001 to improve efficiencies in the company globally with Booz & Allen as consultants.Krishan enjoys working in a multi cultural environment and at one point in his career was leading a team of 20 different nationals as NPD (New product development) leader based out of Brussels.
