ABOUT THE AUTHOR Sonali Singh

Dr. Sonal Singh an alumnus of Vikram University â€“ M.Sc., M.Lib., Ph.D., started her career as a librarian at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ujjain. At present she is the Head of the Department of Library & Information Science At Vikram University, Ujjain. She has published more than thirty papers on different aspects of Library Science in various journals and also attended a number of conferences and workshops. She has so far authored three books and is a life member of ILA and IATLIS.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Surendra Singh

Dr Surendra Singh, born in 1956, had his education M.A., B.Lib.Sc., M. Lib.Sc. and Ph.D. from Vikram University, Ujjain. Presently he is the Librarian and Head of the Library & Information Science Department, Sandipani Post Graduate College, Ujjain. He is a life member of ILA. He is a life member of ILA. He has published more than twenty-five papers in esteemed periodicals. He has also presented papers at various conferences.
