Adolescents Reproductive Health Perspectives

Adolescent Reproductive Health issues are more focused during the recent time because Adolescents are at high risk for Reproductive Health problems. This volume is an out come of the research work carried out by the various researchers in the field of Reproductive Health. This edited volume brings out four specific issues presented in four sections viz: Adolescent sexual matters, reproductive health, health care management and pregnancy termination. The first section focuses on issues related to, Knowledge of HIV among youth, their pregnancy and reproductive health problems, STD and menstrual problems. The second section on Reproductive Health covers the research issues of women’s RH, their treatment seeking behaviour and ethical issues. The indigenous health care management, availability, and utilization of maternal health care services in Tamil Nadu and EAG states are covered in the third section. In the last section research issues related to pregnancy termination (Induced abortion) and factors affecting it have been focused.
