Issues in Educational Administration

The major issues in educational administration are concerned with the politicians, the Bureaucracy and parents. A democratic government takes administrative decision in Parliament or in State Assemblies. The local bodies also take similar decision at the local level, in a developing country like India both the Central and Secondary Education to all the students of school going age. The concept of planning in education especially in the developing world has emerged as a major strategy for the administration of education. The Government of India through the agency of the University Grants Commission has been successful in administering the higher education system in the country
