ABOUT THE AUTHOR Mahender Reddy Sarsani
Dr. Mahender Reddy Sarsani obtained M.Sc, degree in Applied Mathematics and M.Ed. from Osmania University, Hyderabad (A.P.). He got his M.Phil. degree from Annamalai University, Tamilnadu and received his Ph.D. from Institute of Education, University of London, UK, under the able guidance of Dr. Elwyn Thomas and Dr. Susan Hailam in the area of Educational psychology. Dr. Reddy is an Associate Professor of Education and presently Principal and Head, Institute of Advance Studies in Education (Dept. of Education), Kakatiya University, Warangal (AP). He was Director, Centre for Adult, Continuing and Extension Activities and Chairperson, Board of Studies in Education in the same University. He was awarded Commonwealth Academic Scholarship by the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in the UK, London. Dr. Reddy participated several times in National and International Seminars and Conferences and presented research papers. To his credit, he has conducted two national seminars, two Refresher Courses in Education and one research project, which were sponsored by the UGC, New Delhi.
