The subject matter of this book has been discussed in such a simple way that the student find no difficulty to understand it. The historical perspective does not, however, conflict with the premise that the old order must change yielding place to new, it only help us to identify better the newness of the new. As times and technology change the entire perspective of society on its environment experiences change which in turn, influences, our value systems and form of social and political organisation.
