Krutartha Chandra Mishra was born in Titilagarh, a remote place in Orissa in the year 1957. He is an M.A. (Political Science), M.A. (Public Administration), B.L.I.Sc., Ph.D. and L.L.B. At present he is serving as Librarian at Rajendra College (Autonomous), Balangir, Orissa. He has 26 years experience in official and library management. He has contributed articles and research papers of high standards tovarious dailies and journals.
