The book entitled ‘A Competitive Book on Soil Science’ is a compilation work and embodies a fairly competitive treatment of objective type questions covering overall M.Sc. and Ph.D Soil Science examinations syllabus. Most of the information was farmed very critically covering all the main topics of soil science. The main objective of this book is to help the graduate and postgraduate students of Agriculture to quickly grasp the facts comprehensively. It is a collection and compilation work from various sources and has been endeavoured to include as much information as could be possible.
