Dr. S.B. Kotur is a renowned Ayurvedic Scholar. He is completed his primary education in shirur of Karnataka State and BAMS from Ayuurveda Mahavidyalaya, Hubli in the Year 1987, 11/2 year BAMS related to allopathy medicine from Govt. Ayurvedic Medical College Bangaluri in the year 1989. He completed MD Rachana from NKJ Ayurvedic Medical College & PG Centre, Bidar in the year 203. He joined as a lecturer in Sharir Kriya Dept, at NKJ Ayurvedic Medical College & centre Bidar in the year 1991, where he was promoted as a Asst. Prof. In 1996 & as Prof, in 2000. In 2004 he is promoted as a principal & dean of the college and worked upto 2005. He worked at different level in the Bidar college. He established Sharir Kriya Laboratory, Developed Sports wing and worked as sports incharge, worked as a body hostel warden and established library in boys hostel. Developed Herbarium and Started NSS Unite and Alumni Association. He was taught Sharir kriya in most efficient scientific and comparative manner which, motivate students to learn & understand the Ayurveda.
