ABOUT THE AUTHOR Mahinder Singh

Mahinder Singh has about thirty five years of teaching experience both at under graduate and post graduate level. He obtained his Master’s degree from the Punjabi University, Patiala and doctorate from the Meerut University. Dr. Singh is associated with curriculum development programmes of various universities. Presently, he is a retired person and spend most of his time in guiding research scholars and writing for journals.
