He has over twenty years of experience, as Senior Teacher, Vice-Principal, and Principal in reputed schools in Shillong. Mussoorie, Bangalore and Kolkata. He has been associated with the Examiners Board for the ICSE and has also served as administrator and Member-Secretary of the Governing Body of two trust-administered intermediate colleges in Haryana and Himachal Pradesh.
