Dr. R.K. Yadav (b. 1940) obtained his Ph.D. degree from Ohio State University (USA). He is currently Professor of Animal Husbandry and Dairying in the Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Banaras Hindu University. HE has over 22 years of experience in teaching and research in Dairy Science. Earlier he was Director, Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Dairy Technology of Rajendra Agricultural University in Bihar and Head of the Department of Dairy Chemistry in Rajasthan Agricultural University, Udaipur. He is also currently a member of Indian Dairy Association.
