ABOUT THE AUTHOR Pratibha Saxena

Pratibha Saxena did her graduation and post-graduation from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. She is an active researcher, after obtaining Ph.D. degree from the same, worked for 10 years in the Department of Botany as a lecturer and then Reader in several colleges of Uttar Pradesh. Her teaching and research specialization includes Angiosperms, Pteridophyta & Plant Anatomy. Having a research and teaching experience of more than a decade at various levels and in different capacities, she is presently working in the School of Professional Studies, Meerut as the Head in the Department of Botany.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Susheela M Das

Susheela M. Das, born and brought up in Kolkata, had a brilliant academic career. She obtained her master's and Ph.D. degrees for University of Calcutta and did her advanced studies in U.K. and New Zealand. Now at 57, Dr. Das, a retired professor of Botany, spend most of her time in writing articles for various research magazines of international recognition.
