ABOUT THE AUTHOR Kewal Krishan Mittal

Dr. Kewal Krishan Mittal is Reader in Buddhist Philosophy at the University of Delhi. He has had an extraordinary brilliant academic career. He was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy by the University Delhi for the present work in the year 1968. He has to his credit a score of papers published in reputed philosophical journals of India and abroad.
