This book is about the life and times of Swami Krishnanand, a God-realised saint of contemporary India. The book presents in simple language the eternal values of Indian culture, philosophy and spirituality through the medium of Swamiji’s life and teachings. Cotact with a living saint is a truly exhilarating experience. Swamiji observed total silence but was able to touch the lives of many through his spirituality, simplicity and love. This is an insightful account of the life of a saint by a housewife who was in close contact with Swamiji for 36 years. She does not consider the scribing of this book to be her effort. She believes it represents what was drawn out of her by some force that lay beyond her. Those who missed the opportunity of meeting Swamiji can yet get to know this great saint through A Touch of Divine Love.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Nalini Verma

The author was very fortunate to be closely associated with Swami Krishnanad from 1963 to 1999. During these 36 years she spotted many sparks of divinity in him. After his Mahasamadhi in 1999 her Guru Mata Shri Kishoriji handed over his papers to the author and asked her to write about him. The treasure of these papers was replete with his teachings and anecdotes. Other treasures were gathered while reminiscing with his numerous devotees and admirers from different walks of life. This tribute to Swamiji’s life and teachings is a compilation of these treasures that he left behind.
