ABOUT THE AUTHOR N.M. Panda

N.M. Panda (b. 1960) with a good academic career entered into teaching profession in 1983. he is currently working as a faculty member in the department of commerce, North Eastern Hill University, Shilllong, where he has been teaching cost and management accounting to postgraduate students for the last 14 years. His professional interests include cost and management accounting, management education, small business management and entrepreneurship. He is the author of around 40 articles published in various journals of repute. He has attended a number of national and international conferences and presented papers. His professional affiliations include membership of All India Commerce Association, Indian Accounting Association, and Research Foundation. He is also an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
