The administrative aspects of physical education are the concerns of governmental agencies who have to provide personnel and finances for the programmes of physical education and sports. Organizational matters are the internal matters of the institutions and their staff and the administrative personnel. It is more concerned with the details of the implementation of the programme. Health and physical education as professional fields of endeavour are closely allied, especially in respect to their administrative aspects. In many schools both come under one administrative head. They are concerned with the accomplishment of similar objectives. In many small communities both health education and physical education are taught by the same person. Professional preparation institutions usually incorporate both areas in the same schools or departments. Individuals working in these specialized areas share facilities, personnel, funds and other items essential to their programmes. General school administrators feel they are closely related.
