Gagan Kumar Singh, M.A., M.Ed., L.L.B, and Ph.D., from Bhagalpur University, securing first division throughout, is presently teaching at one of the schools of M.C.D., Delhi. His areas of specialization are Indian Politics, Rural Development and Education. He has to his credit a number of research papers published in reputed journals, magazines and newspapers. Dr. Singh is a member of various professional bodies and has participated in a number of seminars and conferences.
