ABOUT THE AUTHOR Bhagaban Swain

Dr. Bhagaban Swain (b. 1954) got his Post Graduate degree in Economics from RAvenshaw College, Cuttack, Orissa, in 1976. He joined the Orissa Education Service in 1977 and continued to teach in various government colleges of the State. He proceeded to JNU, New Delhi for M.Phill/Ph.D. work in 1987 on a short-term UGC Teacher Fellowship and a two year study leave from the Government of Orissa, he is working as a Reader in the Post Graduate Department of Industrial Economics, Government College, Angul, Orissa.
