Dr. Bhuban Chandra Mahapatra (39), Lecturer in Education in the Department of Multimedia Education, Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University, Bhopal India. He was a research scholar in the Instiutte of Education, Indore. His area of specialization is computer Education.
