ABOUT THE AUTHOR B.S. Garg

Professor B.S. Garg is presently serving as Head, Department of Library and Information Science, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur for the third term. He is also serving as Member, Deans' Committee which acts as Vice-Chancellor during the absence of Vice-Chancellor. He received his library education from the University of Delhi and earned his PhD under the supervision of Professor Krishan Kumar. He has been teaching Library and Information Ssience for over 28 years. He has contributed extensively to the field of Library and Infomation Science.
