ABOUT THE AUTHOR Rakesh Singh

Dr. Rakesh Singh Thakur is a Project Associate in the Institute of Integrated Himalayan Studies (UGC Centre of Excellence), Himachal Pradesh University. He has qualified UGC (NET) examination in Economics. His areas of interest are Development Planning and Industrial economics. He has participated in various workshops and seminars both at national and international level.
