ABOUT THE AUTHOR Hilda Amalraj

Hilda Amalraj is a faculty member at ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad and is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has been trained as an Information Systems Auditor and is well versed in Oracle Financials. She has corporate experience of five years in the capacity of Manager (Finance) with expertise in corporate finance, banking, credit appraisals, audit and taxation. She has been teaching at the ICFAI University for the past seven years in different professional programs of the institute which include CFA and MBA. She has conducted several Oracle Financial programs for professionals from the industry where she taught Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Auditing, Information Systems Audit, Taxation, Enterprise Solutions and Oracle Financials.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Vunyale Narender

Vunyale Narender, a faculty member at ICFAI Business School, has done his Master of Commerce and is pursuing his Ph.D in the area of New Financing Instruments from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Narender has over ten years of experience in teaching and research. Apart from research and publication in the area of corporate finance, he has been the resource person for the training programs for faculty in financial accounting software (Tally) of the Osmania University. His current areas of interest are Corporate Finance, New Financing Instruments, and Banking.
