Ashok Kumar obtained M.Sc. and M.Phil degrees in Zoology from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. He started his research work in the field of Avian Endocrinology and submitted thesis for obtained Ph.D. He has presented and also published research papers in reputed Journal. Presently he is working in Homeopathis Pharmacopolea Laboratory (HPL), CGO-I, Hapur Chungi, Ghaziabad. He is a member of several societies. He is an author of following books:-Movement and Locomotion in Animals, Animal Physiology & Human Physiology.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR H C L Gupta

Dr. H.C. L. Gupta (b. 1948) was professor & Head, Department of Entomology (1996-2002) and Zonal Director Research University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur. Presently he is working as Director, Planning and Monitoring MPUAT, Udaipur. He possesses 35 years research, teaching and extension experience in the field of Insect Toxicology, Residues, Applied Entomology and Insect Pest Management. He was Principal Investigator of several projects financed by ICAR, PL-480 and Private Agencies. He is author of 3 books, more than 150 research papers in National and international Journals and several popular articles in different magazines. He is a fellow of Entomological society of India and President of Udaipur branch and also fellow and President of the Entomological Research Association, Udaipur.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR O.P. Ameta

Dr. O.P. Ameta (b. 1958) is working as Associate Professor (Insect Toxicology) in MPUAT, Udaipur. He has published several research papers in reputed national journal. He is Principal Investigator of Private funded projects on testing of pesticidal molecules in vegetables. He is actively involved in projects related to IPM funded by ICAR and Directorate of Aarecanut and Spices, Kalukut. He is recipient of University Best Teacher Award 2004.
